12 month broadband contracts?

Is there such a thing as a 12-month (or less) broadband package? one from a decent ISP anyway
I looked into Sky and BT and found they are all 18 months... well I had mixed messages from the guy on the BT helpline, he didn't seem to properly understand it himself.
I currently use Hyperoptic but am tired of the connection issues I have with online gaming.
I'm not *that* bothered about the speed of the connection, I just need one that is reliable and not tied to a contract for more than a year (I move flats too regularly for this to be feasible).
Also I'd like parental controls too, or at the very least the ability to use OpenDNS

Use filter on left hand side.
OpenDNS you can configure yourself, either on router or device.

Sounds good RE: OpenDNS thanks0 -
It must be remembered that the bulk of "reviews" for ISPs and most things in this life will be bad.People are far more likely to post their negative experiences than their good ones.Anyway Plusnet appears in the list as does Now, John Lewis (Plusnet in new colours), based on my address so its not like all the ISPs are totally obscure.1

There is always a 14 day cooling-off period for any contract agreed online or over the phone. You may have to pay a proportionate charge for any usage during the days before cancellation.

Now Broadband use 12 month contracts and they also have the option of a rolling monthly contract, but at a higher cost.1
