Flight change - or not

I booked with Ryanair to see my Mum in France leaving at 12:40pm a few weeks after booking I received a emailing stating they’d changed the flight to 7am. After a few days of figuring out how to accept the change (can only be done on desktop) I accepted. 

The website is still selling the 12:40pm flights
My app (reinstalled a few times) states 12:40pm flight
l’ve booked overnight accommodation but I’m more keen to actually find out what time I’m due to fly. I’m totally confused. Can airlines knowingly sell flights at times they know are going to change!? 

Ryanair are not responding to any communication. How do I find out what time my flight is? 🤯 I’m getting quite stressed! 

I know it’s Ryanair but it’s hard for my Dad to pick me up from another airport it’s much further at his age. Nothing to do with cost. 

Can anyone, anywhere help?

Does the app show the 7am flight as well as the 12.40?

I suspect that they have shifted you to an earlier and less popular flight.

Give us some clues.  Route/date?

Have you signed into and looked at your booking on the RyanAir site?

Hello. 

The original booking was 12:40 on Tuesday 17 May from East Midlands to Carasonne. 

They emailed to state the 12:40 was changing to 7am. Despite this meaning an overnight stay I accepted this flight. 

Even on a desk top my booking is still stating 12:40, as is the app.
Ryanair are still selling 12:40 flights despite Ryanair stating that flight isn’t available after you book.  

Even when you have a chat with someone I just can’t get across I need to know what time the flight is leaving, is it the 12:40 or 7am. 

I’m now not even sure if I’m on either flight!

It might help if you quote the flight number.

To confirm: I understand that you have received an email about a change of flight time, but all on-line resources show your flight at the original time. Is that the position? How long since you received the email, and do the online resources still (Saturday) show the the 12.40 flight time?

It’s a twice weekly service on that route so they definitely won’t be running double daily on 17 May.

Flight FR1612 departs East Midlands at 12:40, arriving Carasonne 15:35. I suspect that is the flight you are on and always have been on.

Not sure where the 7am comes in.  If your booking shows 12:40 EMA departure then that should correct.  A double check can be made when you checkin online at the relevant checkin period.
