Electoral Roll information missing on one credit report

Hello everyone, wondering if someone could advise on this. I've just checked my credit reports with Experian, Equifax and Transunion, just to check everything's in order (hoping to get on the housing ladder in the next couple of years). My CreditKarma/Transunion report is 'good', but it says that I'm not on the electoral roll. I am, and my other two reports show that I'm on the electoral roll. Given that Experian and Equifax show this information, is this something I need to get corrected with Transunion, or would it be ok to leave it?

Should add that I have been on the electoral roll at my current address since I moved in almost 2 years ago, and I've been on the electoral roll at my previous addresses too, so it's not like I've just moved and the system needs time to catch up.

    Raise a dispute with TransUnion.

Exactly the same problem only with CRAs instead of banks.

Clearscore don't have me on the ER, although the other two have twigged my old Scottish style address is the same property as royal mail have. If I want to resolve it, all I have to do is submit proof of ER registration eg voting card.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Definitely get it corrected, otherwise any lenders who search using only TransUnion won't see you are on the ER which may lead to you getting declined.

Easy enough to dispute it with TransUnion, and even better if you can provide some sort of proof (eg. letter from council confirming enrollment) as otherwise TransUnion will need to verify it which could take a while.

I agree with others saying get it corrected. If two CRAs can get it right, why can't the third one? I wouldn't leave it because it's incorrect, which could have an adverse effect on your future lending. (Sorry, I meant borrowing! Duh.)

I had the same thing - thread here:-  Credit karma and electoral roll. — MoneySavingExpert Forum

I contacted credit karma to complain saying transunion had it, but they didn't and was advised I needed to set my address in my profile. I did, my credit karma report has just updated and my electoral roll is now there.....
  • On 2 of my 3 credit scores I have electoral roll added. The third that doesn't I complained and sent them evidence I was on the roll. They got in touch to say my record had been amended yet when I sign in, it still shows up that I am not on the electoral roll. Not sure how to go about getting it sorted now?

Look at the source of the report directly with the CRA (not the scores and not the free versions). Is it correct there?

The free versions will take some time before you can see the change.
