Sorry to reply late but you got a PCN just for driving through?LordWest said:I was fined for not prepaying drop off fee at heathrow terminal 3 and 2. What actually hapopened was the M4 was closed at the heathrow junction and i got lost on the one way system diversion. I never dropped anyone at heathrow. I explained this but the declined appeal. What can I do as they now want £150 or threaten Court? Any help please as I am not computer savvy
Can you show us a picture of the PCN (covering your name & address ID and car reg) and tell us how many minutes was between the first and second photos?
You can appeal to POPLA on the basis you didn't stop, like these people:https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6345777/drove-through-heathrow-drop-off-shall-the-registered-owner-expect-a-pcn/p1 MrCyberSecurity

Hi,
I received Parking charge Notice from Apcoa Heathrow drop off. I had to stay a while due to lack of wheelchair assistance.
I did forgot to pay the drop off zone parking online. Would have been easier if there was usual parking machine.
Please advise if any merit in requesting a genuine oversight and offer to pay actual £5 instead of £40 as per notice>
Any guide would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.0 -

Read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES near the top of the main parking forum page. Send the appeal template in blue text you will find there. Send it unaltered from the keeper, except add a one liner that the NTK was not PoFA compliant and therefore incapable of holding the keeper liable.
Start your own thread if you need any further help. Just make sure you never reveal the driver's identity.

Absolutely no merit at all in appealing by admitting who was driving.adi0604 said:Hi,

STOP!
That is how to lose a 100% winnable appeal.
The guidance you seek is already in the NEWBIES FAQS thread. Two clicks away - see my signature below, for how to get there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
