APCOA heathrow fine

Hi,
I received 2 fines from APCOA for driving through Heathrow terminal 2 to drop someone on 31 Jan 22 and again 27 Feb 2022. Never realised had to pay a ticket as there were no barriers. Now my address has changed but I had not updated by vehicle registration. So APCOA sent letters to my previous address which was forwarded to me after. I had read the newbie thread and I am going to appeal but wanted to find out if there will be an issue since I was fined twice and did not receive the PCN due to address change?

No just tell apcoa in the appeal the address has changed
just use the newbies appeal template1 -
They are not fines.
Send a rectification notice to the DPO of APCOA instructing them to erase your old data and replace it with your new address for service. Make sure you use the word I have highlighted.
Send the template in blue text from the NEWBIES, unaltered from the keeper, save for a one liner stating that the NTK was non-PoFA complaint and incapable of holding the keeper liable.
Do not under any circumstances reveal the driver's identity.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

They are noy fines, please read the newbies again. Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

As long as you put your new address on the appeal that's all you need to do, easy 2 stage win1
-
thank you everyone.
This is what I am writing copying the template from the newbie thread and adding the one line on non-POFA compliance. Do I need to include the lines in italics as they are probably not relevant to my case as I was only driving through and never parked. Apologies if my question is daft.
Thanks again
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.
Also note that the Notice to Keeper was non-PoFA compliant and incapable of holding the keeper liable.0 -
It won't hurt to leave in anything not applicable, hence the use of the word "If", but equally, it won't hurt to leave it out if it is not relevant.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Hi all,
I would like to update that I got a resolution for both my fines. APCOA had cancelled one of the fines but refused to cancel the other for whatever reason. I had appealed to POPLA using the guidance in this forum and today received notification that my appeal has with withdrawn by the operator. I am very grateful to this forum and to all of you for helping me in this. Thank you so much.

Yay - these were never 'fines' but thanks very much for the update. We like to see outcomes.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I was fined for not prepaying drop off fee at heathrow terminal 3 and 2. What actually hapopened was the M4 was closed at the heathrow junction and i got lost on the one way system diversion. I never dropped anyone at heathrow. I explained this but the declined appeal. What can I do as they now want £150 or threaten Court? Any help please as I am not computer savvy
