LIKE MANY OF YOU I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HERMES NOW CALLED EVRI AS IF A NAME CHANGE WILL IMPROVE THINGS. WHEN IT GOES OK ITS FINE BUT WHEN IT DOESN'T THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW, WAIT FOREVER ON A PHONE LISTENING TO COLDPLAY, YOU MIGHT EVEN GET A NUMBER WITH AN ESCALATION BUT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN UNTIL YOU CONTACT THE CEO (Removed by Forum Team) SO EMAIL AWAY. HE DOESN'T WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU, TRY IT. ALSO IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AND WISH TO GO TO THE TOP YOU CAN LOOK UP ANY CEO ON CEO.COM THEY ARE ALL LISTED THERE, EMAILS, ADDRESSES, TEL NUMBERS AND WHO IS IN CHARGE. IT'LL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER IF NOTHING ELSE. HAPPY PESTERING !

Does he reply? The sarcasm in your post makes it difficult to work out if he replies or just ignores any complaints. I have a complaint to make and their general email inbox aren't responding. I can't work out if its because of ignorance or because they may have closed down their hermes inboxes in order to fall in line with the new brand name.DISGWYLFA said:LIKE MANY OF YOU I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HERMES NOW CALLED EVRI AS IF A NAME CHANGE WILL IMPROVE THINGS. For the record, our Hermes lady, Emma, is excellent, and let down by the organisation of the company0 -
For a mild defence of them, it's mostly our fault. We, as consumers, demand the cheapest postage rates possible so the courier companies that are competing on price cut out as much cost as possible. I tend to think that a reputation of having a good service with good customer service would make us more prepared to pay a bit extra.SteveB007 said:No he doesn't reply, but he does 'personally ask' some oik to reply to you, but they don't seem able to read any previous correspondence.

From the stats I can find, they're probably delivering 5-10 million parcels per week. If they deliver 99% successfully, that's 50-100,000 parcels per week with a problem. In my experience of dealing with companies an email to the CEO isn't often the best approach. A public tweet usually gets a better response. The media/social media departments tend to want to sort out any complaints asap. Hermes/Evri don't seem to be too bothered by bad publicity though, they've had plenty of it and are still growing. As another point my local delivery person is also excellent, probably about the best of all the deliveries I get and I get a lot!.8 -
I used the email address provided and complained to (Removed by Forum Team) yesterday.
I've just had a phone call and email from the Evri Executive Office on behalf of Martijn!!!
Mite get some resolution now.0 -

Might be best not to give her full name on a public forum.bigdave4600 said:For the record, our Hermes lady, (Removed by Forum Team), is excellent, and let down by the organisation of the company
For the record, I don't know our Hermes driver's name but he's very good. The previous one was great too. We have had one that wasn't very good, but no problems in the years since he was replaced.1 -
My neighbour and I have two lovely Hermes delivery people and we won't hear a bad word said against them!! Or Hermes either, or whatever they are calling themselves now. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. when they lose something you sent and you cannot contact them, then you will think different. our hermes drivers are fine too, but it has nothing to do with the issues we are discussing.MalMonroe said:My neighbour and I have two lovely Hermes delivery people and we won't hear a bad word said against them!! I would just like to add my two pence worth:
I do like cheap delivery but I do NOT ask for Hermes ( Evri, whatever).
A turd by any other name smells as !!!!!!.
It is the selling company that choses Ermes because they are cheap.
What does it matter if the item doesn't arrive for 0.1% of items, just refund it. It still saves money.0 -
My Amazon order sent via Enri was supposedly left in my outhouse (whilst I was in).
It wasn't.
It was left amongst recycling bins in an outside archway outside flats nowhere near my flat.
They are getting worse.0
