I posted a negative review on Trustpilot and Raisin were pretty quick to get in touch with me by phone. They explained that nothing's missing - it's just a display issue that is affecting quite a few people. They also credited my Raisin account with £10.

Long time since I posted on MSE, but couldn't think where else to go with this... Raisin appear to have lost some of my cash (the full balance doesn't display, and is apparently unavailable). They say this is a 'display issue', but has been the case for weeks now. Made a formal compaint, which is now out of time for an initial response - so they're actually in breach of their own complaints process. They refuse to respond by email or social media, and put the phone down on my quite reasonable requests for a UK-based contact this morning. Hard AVOID.

Just received a tax certificate from Raisin and that does show the correct balance of my Investec account, so it does appear to be a Raisin display issue.

Whatever the reason for this, @Umiamz, the point is that Raisin is unable to accurately reflect what's in my account, and is also seemingly unable to abide by its own complaints procedure. Both red lines for me. They've now offered me a £30 goodwill payment - but the issue is not resolved, and they won't say when it will be. Indeed, since they offered goodwill, further cash has disappeared from my balance. I'll be closing the account, and permanently deleting the app, as soon as the bonus is received. I have zero confidence in Raisin, and nothing they say or do now will change that.

I don’t disagree and will also be closing mine as soon as I get the £50 bonus.

Just noticed that Raisin are now showing the correct balance of my Investec account. It's only taken 28 days to show March's interest  :D

We struggled to open and fund our Raisin accounts.  Thereafter their incompetence and the dreadful state of the online interface has been a constant disappointment.
However, we were pleasantly surprised that our £50 joining bonuses got paid on time !  And my wife's is now withdrawn to our bank account.  I'm not so lucky, I have £75 balance (outside of a savings product) as there's also £25 goodwill after a complaint, but can't withdraw it as our bank account number has become corrupted within Raisin's systems.  I'd be happy to accept I may have mistyped it along the way, but the last 2 digits changed from 20 to 19, so it simply isn't a typo.  And getting them to fix it is less than straightforward, a secure message got an autoreply telling me they are very busy, and no response in 4 days.  So it looks like I'll have to 'phone them in the morning.
Anyway, confidence now totally shot, I've given notice on my savings product.  Even that process was unbelievably clunky online (I thought I was enquiring about giving notice but was advised I HAD given notice - but in fact there were still steps to go before notice was accepted.  And If I were in a building society I could give notice to withdraw a certain amount, but with Raisin the only option to close the account (of course that is what I wanted to do - maybe they were ahead of me !).
So apart from the (reasonably competitive) interest on our savings products we got £125 out of Raisin.  But knowing what I know now, I still wouldn't have bothered, they have been a total pain in the **** !

So I did call them, was told i needed to send images of my current bank statement so they could update the account number stored in their system.  Was told "we are looking for more staff, so it can take 2 to 4 working days to action the correction".
Now after 5 working days I got just an acknowledgement it had been received and passed to the department that would action the correction.  No idea when that will happen !
So right now the withdrawal I want to make is just £75 of joining bonus plus compensation.  My notice account is in its notice period, after which there will be a five-figure sum stuck in Raisin.  If it gets to the stage that I have tens of thousands of pounds waiting for Raisin to fix this foul-up before I can retrieve it, I'll be more than livid !  But I've no reason to have any faith in them doing anything in a timely manner.

Well they eventually fixed the linked account number issue, took eight days in all (from 'phone call, not from initial message which I doubt they ever read).
By now my 32 day notice account was under notice.  In fact as of today it's 35 days since I gave notice.  But still the money not available to withdraw.
Raisin do appear to be like a big "black hole" in both communication terms and also for savings.  It is truly alarming that a bunch of cowboys like this could be operating in today's regulated environment.
I'll raise a complaint.  I'll probably get an ex-gratia payment.  But if I had been desperate to get my hands on my money I'd have been deep in the ****.  Thanks, Raisin.
