Buying on gogroupie

3 Posts

I purchased a smart watch for my partner on go groupie and the pedometer and other functions did not work correctly.
I reported the fault after 30 days due it being a gift.
The answer from the supplier was that it was outside of 30 days and they refused to do anything.
I asked them to prove it was not faulty and I could prove it was faulty.
They simply refused to do anything.I went through the gogroupie customer service and same answer from supplier.Supplier is ‘bag a bargain’
Beware if you purchase from them.
What can I do next?

You could keep badgering them and threaten legal action but is that worth it.
I'd never heard of gogroopie so I googled them. My first impression on looking at their web site and reading reviews was 'don't touch them with a barge pole.' You might get a genuine bargain but you are just as likely to lose out as you have unfortunately discovered.
Good luck.

Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".
