sorry if i have missed the detail somewhere in the thread - is the enphase the inverter then? does it have EPS functionality built? do you have only certain circuits on EPS or the whole lot? this was on my list of wants when i was looking, i went solax - we did a test power cut after install, when we killed the power, the inverter went straight into EPS mode, but i have to manually change over via changeover switch, to feed the EPS into the consumer unit - not sure if you have a similar setup?

Enphase is the micro inverters and they are for each panel, they do some sort of frequency shifting when grid goes down to shut the output from panels.
Givenergy AC coupled inverter has a dedicated output for EPS. When grid is present the EPS supply comes from the grid but when the grid goes down, there is a lag before EPS comes on. This is a lot longer than Victron Multiplus II(I have had previous experience with it). I believe there is fundamental difference in the way the circuits are arranged.
There is a preconfigured atuomatic transfer switch in the distribution box, I think this might have been supplied by Givenergy/required for install to create islanding.“Don't raise your voice, improve your argument." - Desmond Tutu
