Been waiting for Givenergy battery for nearly 8 weeks(from install) and nearly 5 months from order/contract date.

The Pylontech importers had a consignment in, a week or so ago. I fear they may have sold out, by now, in these fevered times.Somebody, here, went for Huawei to get a quick installation.

If I change, I might have to go back to DNO.
The solar panels are Enphase system and the Givenergy would be considered as a separate generator ☹️

Have you checked if any of the other sizes of battery are more readily available? A friend was faced with a long wait for an 8.2kWh battery but opted for immediate delivery of 2 x 5.2kWh.4kWp (black/black) - Sofar Inverter - SSE(141°) - 30° pitch - North LincsInstalled June 2013 - PVGIS = 3400Sofar ME3000SP Inverter & 5 x Pylontech US2000B Plus & 3 x US2000C Batteries - 19.2kWh1

East coast, lat 51.97. 8.26kw SSE, 23° pitch + 0.59kw WSW vertical. Nissan Leaf plus Zappi charger and 2 x ASHP's. Givenergy 8.2 & 9.5 kWh batts, 2 x 3 kW ac inverters. Indra V2H . CoCharger Host, Interest in Ripple Energy & Abundance.1 -

Type your UNAVAILABLE for new orders - all 8.2kWh in production are sold on existing orders. The new 9.5kWh battery will be listed on our website very soon. We will be unable to fulfil any new orders placed with 8.2kWh batteries (as of 1st March 2022)
