I think the company should automatically upgrade all the people waiting for 8.2kw to 9.5 kw battery free of charge

Sorry Tom, had you been NE side of the M25 then maybe, but ninety degrees around and involving the congestion charge just makes it unrealisticfor him to even supply a competitive quote.I do hope you can find a company local to you.
