Appeal online using the template in blue text from the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from The Keeper, save for a one liner that an occupant of the car was disabled, and include a copy of the blue badge with the photo redacted.swansea_lad said:Where is the templete so i can appeal?

Only appeal if your complaints to PALS/the head of the hospital trust/CEO fall on deaf ears. Remember to include the government guidelines I quoted earlier in your complaint to the hospital.
Include the same in your complaint to your MP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

In that case, wait until around day 26 before sending the appeal. That will give you time to concentrate on your complaints.
Did the yellow sticker contain anything such as a NTD, or was there writing on the sticker itself, and if so, what did it say? Do you still have it?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

OK, so do what the NEWBI£S thread says for windscreen PCN appeals. Nothing different about it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
