Appeal online using the template in blue text from the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. Only appeal if your complaints to PALS/the head of the hospital trust/CEO fall on deaf ears. Remember to include the government guidelines I quoted earlier in your complaint to the hospital.

In that case, wait until around day 26 before sending the appeal. That will give you time to concentrate on your complaints.
