Except not updating us (please spare us) about getting the usual roboclaim lot's letter saying their client 'wishes to proceed'.
And not about the DQ N180 form.
All covered in the 12 steps in the first post of the Template Defence thread. And expanded on more, with links on what to do, in the NEWBIES thread under the red heading 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.
We'll see you when you are at WS stage later this year (deadline will be on your hearing letter) which is when you'll need bespoke help.
Of course, do tell us the good news if you get a discontinuance earlier!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A quick update and to inform everyone of the delays at CCBC.
After receiving a letter from the Legal Company to discuss things along with their Directions Questionnaire; to which I compiled my reply and sent to the Legal Company and CCBC, I received a letter from CCBC advising of the action taken by the Legal Company a number of weeks later. Checking on the MCOL site I don't see any updates. I called CCBC up and was advised by a very helpful rep that they are over three weeks behind with paperwork as they have a heavy backlog to get through.

Ok so finally have got my court date and the instrcution to compile the WS which it states is to be sent in 14 days before the hearing; but the hearing is in December! Suppose it gives me ample time to produce my WS and a rigorous defence action. I am correct that the WS is sent just before the hearing? I've triple checked the court letter and can't find anything that contraditcs this. Suppose I can relax a bit and compile in good time.0

Yes that's right. 14 days before (or preferably a bit sooner, so you don't stress out on the last day!).
The latest good WS bundles are by @wobs2k and @aphex007 and @Daiapolon2021

The majority of Highview/DCB Legal cases are discontinued before they get to a hearing, BUT, you must keep going and completing all the phases required of the court procedures. Stick with it!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

After a whole lot of reading and research, re-writing, chopping and changing certain sections, I've produced a first draft of the WS. I do have ample time for submission so not in any major rush at the moment. I thought the Claimaints legal team would have sent something over by now but they're possibly waiting for me!So WS and orginal Defence Letter attached via links below. I produced a Timeline doc which I was going to insert into the WS but decided against it - attached via link also...maybe I will insert it if forum members suggest.
