Was on their Gfast 350 mbps package with the MSE cashback deal ending next month. Was paying around £22 after cashback
Retentions offered £31 plus £75 bill credit for 12 month deal, roughly about 24.75, Wouldn't budge on offering more
So handed notice in and moving to VM 200 package costing 22.45 after cashback, yes it is slightly slower, but I don't need the speed massively
