It is a letter of claim from dab legal ltd.
I thought I'd draw your attention to this fairly recent thread which you might have missed. You must keep going through all the necessary court procedure phases, but the hope is that your case will follow the same pattern as all those detailed in the thread.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Fully expected and seen in every case.  You need to read some other DCB Legal threads because you seem surprised by this.

The NEWBIES thread second post exists to pre-warn you about all stages, and what to do, including when you get the inevitable LBC from a solicitor.

@Trainerman told you this and what to read to prepare, nine months ago:
Is this DCB LTD? If so, debt collector and not concerning,
    .
Always be ready for a proper Letter before Claim/Letter of Claim. Maybe from DCB LEGAL. Do not ignore one of those, and in the meantime read the Newbies so that you know what to do if one does arrive.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • As Umkomaas says read the link in his post.

Your job now is to enjoy this experience because it's playtime.
Follow everything the members on here tell you.

Reply to the letter of claim, deny the claim and as they have added their usual fake amount ... ask them to explain the amount, we have yet to see a response so by ignoring you, it's great for a judge especially if they do issue a court claim and sign it as true ???

And in your reply don't forget to tell them you need another 30 days as you are seeking debt advice

And that's it for the moment. If you get a court claim, come back here
