    Couple of things.
I'm not crying or about to jump off a tall building. My other 66% maybe closer to 80% or even higher if I class my home as part of my wealth bundle is pretty much 100% safe, a lot of it very much protected against inflation.

Some folk saying it's not too bad which is good to see, I may just balance it up and do some more research. (didn't go well initially)

I'll probably put my allowance in 20k before the end of the month and buy something else to balance it maybe.

You should really look at your entire portfolio including cash when considering risk(probably exclude the house though). At about 33% equity your 30% loss is really more like 10% which is not so bad.

With the future funds I would go a bit more mainstream- a global tracker or just add to the Vanguard fund you have.  I wouldn’t go for low risk/bonds as your cash % is so high.

I have a friend who invested for the first time at the peek of the dot com bubble.  The loss he made selling at the bottom was nothing compared to that he suffered by refusing to ever look at investments again, so we’ll done for keeping going🙂

I don't like risking my cash.
Have a full Premium Bonds allocation and 6 x full NS&I Index linked (So glad I kept hold of these with what maybe coming).
Based on the latest inflation figures, your premium bonds and NS&I investments will be down about 7% this year.
Perhaps the premium bonds, but not the index linked savings certificates.

I'm trying, like just humble in a way, the lack of helpful responses are outstanding here. Like, just people thinking they are better than others. It's crazy.
Honest assessment. If your portfolio is down 25% in the past year.  Then you need to go back to basics. Consolidate the bulk of your portfolio into one broad multi asset fund. Ensuring it meets your attitude to risk. Been easy in recent years to make money to the stock markets with no skill or understanding at all. Retail investors are renown for overestimating their own abilities. The medium term ahead is likely to very different. Going to come as a shock to many that it ain't easy at all. .

Not sure where and how Evraz is handled. Can that be moved to someone else? Or is it just dead and worthless now.

Tricky one to call. There's noise being made to have Evraz kicked off the London Markets. (As rumours circulating it's been supplying steel which has been used in the production of tanks). If this were to be the case. Would then become a private company. With shares traded on a matched bargain basis only. Company could move it's listing back to Russia. Though given the current climate would leave many international shareholders high and dry. With half the company's shares controlled by just two individuals. Any decision will ultimately be made they them.

The LSE management will need to be very careful about this. Keep in mind regime in Russia could change, like any regime around the world. It is different with the companies though, once a company is kicked off from LSE it is extremely unlikely they will ever consider listing again in the London market. Also other major big companies such as from the Golf, Middle East, Asia, South America will be watching closely. Keep in mind they have options around the world such as
    Shanghai Stock Exchange XSHG
    Japan Exchange Group XJPX
    Hong Kong Stock Exchange  XHKG
    Shenzhen Stock Exchange XSHE
    Korea Exchange XKOS
Not to mention European Stock market member of Euronet has been waiting the right moment to stab from the back to steal the trophy from London. IMO if the LSE need to do that they will need to wait and see making sure that it he last party to do that
