Extend over the garage for your master/ensuite. The layout & size of the other rooms don't really lend themselves to making practical doubles, and bedrooms 3 & 4 are barely large enough as singles as it is. Removing the cupboard that encroaches into bedroom 2 would free up a bit of space.Whether you would achieve what you want out of £80K is debatable.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
