Baxi boiler no hot water but still have heating

My baxi boiler is heating radiators but no light coming on for water and water is cold. Would the light not coming on suggest anything?
The pressure seems fine.🙏Glad for any thoughts.

What sort of boiler? Conventional boiler with hot water tank, or combi boiler?
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

With your CH running, listen to the boiler as someone turns on a hot tap. Do you hear any 'click' or 'thrums'?
If absolutely zero response, it could be as little as a faulty flow switch, usually cheap and easy to replace.
But it could be a lot more... Like the diverter valve, again not end of t'world.

I’d put my money on it! 9 years is a long time for something constantly moving. Very easy job.
