We have solar panels owned by the above who rent the roof space giving us partial free electricity , we were contacted by them before last Christmas regarding the panels not working , they sent an engineer last month who found they stopped working in wet weather and wouldn't start working again until the connections had completely dried out.
He said scaffolding would have to be erected as we have a conservatory below them. We've heard nothing since , I've tried to contact them for an update by phone and email and when I try to load their website it displays not found? Is there any course of action I can take to resolve the situation?

This company? They seem to be in liquidation. I doubt you'll get any service until the liquidation is complete and your panels have been sold to another business. You could contact the liquidator and see if they'll let you buy out your lease? The panels and their FIT will then be yours, but of course you'll then be responsible for getting them fixed.Or you might find the lease has already been sold on, and so you can contact the new lease owners.N.
