help royal mail left non-delivery card but no tracking details or where depot is?

 RM P739s (red cards) come pre printed with the DO details unless has been mentioned is a back up generic card

Bear in mind that it might not be at your local DO.  RM are about 50/50 with me as to whether it goes back to the DO or a relatively nearby (but not my nearest) PO...

Its more the exception than the norm nowadays to RM using POCs as parcel drop off locations.
This will (IMO) reduce as time goes on given RM pay POC for this facility

Not all items have a reference number, so you do not need one.

I am a postie, at times when stocks are low there are some generic cards that don't have the address on them but it should have been written on.  The card should have P739 printed on it, that is the internal form number.

Thanks postie I went to my local big post office and a very.nice young man used my phone to scan the QR code and I rang the no provided. It is being redelivered tomorrow!

Theres a phone number right there on the card?
Parcelforce is part of RM group. It is not Royal mail letters Eg the delivery operation delivering letters/RM packages
Separate for regulatory purposes and traffic doesn't enter RMs system (well unless in error)
