Hi wonder if anyone has had the same situation as me?
I have had two royal mail non-delivery cards neither has any tracking number or place of depot so how can i track it or track it?
.
I cant recall ordering anything and cannot find it in my emails.
On the mail website you need a tracking number or contact the firm it came from?
Any ideas?

You will have a local RM delivery office - one of ours is XX south, the other XX North. Work out which one your postcode covers, then take the card to them and they should be able to sort it out.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3661

depot is pre printed on mine.

What colour are the cards? A yellow card means they have tried to deliver and will try again tomorrow. No further action needed.
A red card means they have tried again without success so it is back at your local sorting office. If their address is not printed on the card or you don't know where it is you can look it up from your postcode at https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/146
If you collect from the sorting office remember to take some ID such as driving licence.2 -
Both cards are red one was blowing around the garden yesterday and one was through the door today.
red thanks! Can I pick it up without any reference number?
A but much that the card has no tracking number or depot either0 -
Not all items have a reference number, so you do not need one.
I am a postie, at times when stocks are low there are some generic cards that don't have the address on them but it should have been written on. The card should have P739 printed on it, that is the internal form number.

Are you 100% sure that it's from Royal Mail ?I can;t recall the exact details now, but in the past we have had cards throguh the door that (obviously deliberately) looked very similar to the RM non-delivery cards but were actually some form of advertising.....0

Or some that give you a number to call to re-arrange delivery, but the call ends up costing about £50.
