I used to use the sales lines for quick response and get transferred. No humans now.
 Worth a try.
Age UK also has British operators, quick response for the elderly and confused though you can be any age to use their services for insurance and such though you do have to check which company they are using. Makes the world of difference to your day/experience.
I'm going to allow myself to be unwell tomorrow apart from getting this bill paid. Will then check the PService.
I'll wait till. I've had the dental surgery (after 3 seperate extractions went wrong) next week. Then I'll look at other methods of payment. I'll need something to do sitting down
