Eon next contact

Is there a best way to contact Eon next? I can't find a phone number. I've emailed three times in the past three weeks, and never get a response, even automated.

    Try Facebook messenger.

    I've had success via that.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.98% of current retirement "pot" (as at end April 2025)

All I can say is that I emailed them at 17:33 on 9/3 and received a reply at 18:04 same day.

There's a user forum at  https://community.eonnext.com/ and there are usually a couple of very helpful Eon staff around

  • Still struggling with this. Tried email.Tried the community forum. Waiting to see if there's any response from messenger.
So, I'm wondering are all suppliers like this at the moment?
I fixed for the 2 year v18. The prices in confirmation email were as agreed. However, when I log into the account, although the tarrif is titled correctly, the rates are different. It shows a day and night rate, when it should be a single rate. There is also the issue of the bills. When I log in, view bills, the most recent one is November 2021. That's when the smart meter was installed. So they've not generated a bill since? It used to be monthly. I still send in manual monthly readings, mainly because it seems impossible to know whether they are collecting the readings or not!?!
The account is around £500 in credit. If there is another supplier who is easier to contact, I'm wondering if I should just switch. That's assuming any of the others are actually taking anyone on.

    They finally answered an email.
They say that they will sort out the confusion with the rates.
They also inform me that they are not getting any readings from the smart meter fitted Nov 21.
The guy who fitted that, told me not to bother doing readings anymore. I find it crazy that they don't get readings , and don't even let you know that they're not getting them! Meter this end seems fine, and IHD seems fine.
