Central heating oil prices...

Last week, I bought 500 liters at a cost of £381 (76.2p/liter) Today, looking for oil for mum, the cheapest I could find oil was 500 liters for £740 (£1.48/liter) Now, that's a 94% rise in one week.
(Northern Ireland has the highest rate of oil usage for heating in Western Europe for historical reasons)
Are we now just being blatantly fleeced, or are those prices similar to the mainland?

There's a different forum for oil and LPG.
