Seller is moving after only 1 year 3 months from a house. Neighbour has a large white van - knocked on his door and no response. wonder if he's let it out to problem tenant or he could still be there and could be annoying. Will head tonight to check he ain't having a party at 10pm.
As long as they don't have England flags a white van isn't necessarily a warning sign.
My guess is its a builder or trades person. As long as he doesn't play loud music at night I'm all good! in that case I'd have to sleep in the garage or garden!

There are several white vans around the area we live in. Don't think any are builders, area still nice and peaceful.
Some people might 'be upset' about living next door to a builder or plumber (who is probably earning more than them). Look at the condition of the property and garden, if its all neat and tidy that is a far better indication than the vehicle in the drive.
May you find your sister soon Helli.
    Sleep well.
