Hi
we have been excepted to buy our council house but have just found out it could be hard to buy as it’s a concrete build.
Has anyone been through this or similar situation as this is the only way we can get on the property ladder

Yes as mentioned above better to list in the housing section.
You can but restricted numbers of lenders or might have to be a cash purchase.
