The parking companies trawl this forum just looking for people to trip themselves up.
Having used the reg no to identify the parking incident, it would be very easy for them to decide who was driving.
Suggest you edit your post Today at 2:43PM as the last paragraph does give away the driver's identity.
Apart from that, why have you mentioned two registration marks?
Is it necessary? If it is, then you need to add a little bit to explain what that's all about.
I have two as my vehicle changed reg number when I got new reg plates as a gift0 -

Just to update you all, the defence was submitted at midday on the 21/3 and I had a confirmation email from CCBAQ - thanks for all your help!! I know I have to do the N180 and WS, do you know the expected timeframes for these? Am I missing any additional steps here?1

The Defendant has been blissfully unaware of this, until they receive a judgment in default around the time of their submission deadline, then there's a real mess to sort out....
Thank you so much for all your help on this matter @KeithP, @Coupon-mad, and @Umkomaas !!
I had a confirmation letter through the following week after submitting my defence stating that it was received and the claimant has until the 21st April to submit their documentation. I was wondering, are there any other steps aside from the WS and N180 for me to complete? If you know them, the possible timeframes would be great to know too?

All info to help you is already in the NEWBIE sticky (second post) particularly under a red banner called "Know what happens and when". What documentation is the letter stating that the claimant must supply and to whom? Normally they only have to confirm they are proceeding with the claim.3
