Cost of adding Apple Watch to plan

Hi does anyone know the cost of adding an Apple Watch that is already purchased to an mobile plan. I know that I currently pay £7 to add mine to my EE contract but my daughter is with giffgaff which doesn’t support it so thinking of leaving ?

    £7 to add to Vodafone PAYM.

    Looking at partner's O2 PAYM account, doesn't seem to be any way of adding to existing, would need separate number/plan. Cheapest (was at Xmas) £6/month.
