Had my day in court via phone call ..judge looked at what the other side had presented and struck it out on them sending me their evidence at the last minute also they had not made any effort to show why they was claiming against me .all over in 5 mins . I had done all my photos and reason's for no signage . the other side only sent a rep and not a solicitor so she was not impressed thanks for all the help and advice

Clearly unreasonable. Have you asked for costs in accordance with CPR27.14(2)(g)? If that is unsecessful read this,
