    Yes, @jj0911 you need to be 100% sure that the meter in the photos (which does match the serial number on your bill) is the one serving your flat.
    You'd be surprised how often these get mixed up.

    My suspicion is that the billing is right and you just were not aware how much electricity you use heating, drying and using hot water.

    Agree.  Don't pin your hopes on the meter readings being incorrect (though do check that anyway). But you're all electric and from what you've said you use a lot, especially with those heaters.  At least you're on a fixed tariff for now.  .

    That explains the anomalies in some of the readings, then.  Assuming the first and last actual reads are correct, the account will be up to date, but some of those reads are clearly wrong.  Probably the person doing them mixing up meter reads or being a bit slapdash when entering them all.

    Your consumption will be accurate if you're running electric heaters at 22 degrees all day.

    Only heat the room you're using and turn the stat down to 18 degrees.
