Some, not all abuse was reported. I have photos and info which I sent to friend that is date/time stamped.
It's absolutely irrelevant to the maintainance but the way he is behaving with maintenance is controlling if that makes sense

Oh that absolutely makes sense. After all, if he just paid what he is supposed to, you'd be able to spend it in all sorts of ways, without any control from him.
