If the price on BA is £576 and the agent is charging £576 that looks like it doesn't include the voucher
Are you sure that the voucher has not still to be taken off that price?0 -
They confirmed thats the total cost with the voucher included. They are telling me that they are changing the original booking which is bumping up the cost. I dont really understand it but i can only go by what theyre telling me. Im struggling to see why it is so much more expensive which is my point of the post really.0

Assuming the travel agent isn't willing to issue the voucher to you for you to use elsewhere, then, as above, your only option would appear to be to negotiate with them....
