12 Month Contract Full Fibre

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help. My son has moved to a new flat. Their tenancy is for 12 months. They are having a lot of problems organising broadband. The area they are in has full fibre so any company they have contacted can only provide that (as opposed to copper wire broadband). Has anyone found full fibre broadband on a 12 month contract? They have already contacted BT, Zen, Plusnet and Now.

What about "Cuckoo"? Google Cuckoo broadband and see what comes up.

Thanks armith. I have checked Cuckoo and they certainly do 12 month contracts. I have emailed an enquiry to them.

Has anyone had experience with Cuckoo, I haven’t heard of them before and depending where you look there are good and bad reviews.

12 month minimum term for FTTP.  I've been a customer since 2003 for ADSL then FTTC and always recommend them to people that want "good" rather than "cheap" from their ISP.

What did Now said? They don't offer FTTP fibre but will offer a FTTC service if they are able to.

I would say Cuckoo as well. You can sign up on 30 day rolling, or 12 month contracts. As for customer service, they were Number 1 in the MoneySavingExpert Broadband customer poll followed by Zen. For FTTP, their pricing seems decent especially given they fix their price for 12 months.

They got a message to say they couldn’t help but they didn’t speak to anyone it came up on their website when they put their postcode in.

Thanks HaroldWren5 that’s good to know. Very happy to learn they will have a couple of options.
