Hello @ruspj. Long time since I have been to Coalbrookdale. Were you actually loading/unloading on one of the Museum car parks? That travel info does seem to confirm that you should have had half an hour free.

I do not think the PCN is PoFA compliant, so if they do not know who is driving, they cannot chase the keeper. I can't see how they would actually be daft enough to go to court. I have not looked back in the thread to see if you have actually been to adr yet

thanks - have sent a few dispute emails & either mentioned being unsure of the driver or not admitted driving in any.
dont think there is any argument to the points made in the last response i sent just before finding the IPC response.

concerning that the land owner allows up to 30 minutes for free ( both when called and on website )

and the onsite parkwithease machines ( prices repeated in appeal response ) insist on payment after the first 10 minutes

Are you sure you were on a museum owned car park? If you really were you have a defence right there

yes walked down & was chatting with the guys in the cafe about it earlier.
pictures were taken while there earlier & details in the sign claims its one of the museum carparks.
its also listed on the website on the map of the ironbridge.org.uk owned carparks.
no doubt that the prices advertised on the website should apply to this carpark

no reason the further 10 minutes grace period according to the IPC code of practice shouldnt apply either - signs need to clearly state if the grace period doesnt apply.

called the land owner earlier and they insist that the first 30 minutes parking are free. while their website lists it as pick up and drop off as far as they are concerned it overs any 30 minute visit. this makes it concerning that their machines and appeal response claim that only payment is needed after 10 minutes.

IPC apear to be are really competent organisation as they arent even capable of maintaining a list of members.

    Dear IPC,

You have twice told me that ParkWithEase are AOS members, but they are still not on your AOS list and their website only allows people to pay charges, not appeal. It doesn't mention being IPC AOS members nor the right to appeal to the IAS:

    https://www.parkwithease.co.uk/

However, assuming you are right and they are AOS members, I'd like you to investigate my complaint.  This is regarding xxxxxxxx Museum car park, where the website advertises a 30 minutes free drop off grace period, which was confirmed to me on the phone yesterday.  However, ParkingWithEase are only allowing a ten minute consideration (or grace) period so they are in breach of the 30 minute allowance.  I realise what the IPC Code says but where a landowner advertises 30 minutes free then your member cannot issue PCNs after ten minutes.  I know that your members have to tell you what the grace period is if you ask, so please ask them to explain.

Would you like me to take this complaint to my MP and the DVLA and point out this firm is not showing as an AOS member any more, but are getting DVLA data under false pretences in a 30 minute free car park?

    kind regards,

thanks after getting a response to the email.bmp sent earlier all i got was.
    "Good Evening

Your appeal has been rejected, if you are not happy with our decision you have the option to appeal further through the Independent Appeal Service.

    Kind Regards"

with a big smile on my face as i reponded saying their address is now marked as spam as i am not enterested in even knowing of any reply or following the IPC's kangaroo court of an Independent Appeal Service. and look forward to a judge laughing their incompitent !!!!!! out of court.

after emailing the local paper i was about start writing a complaint to the IPC & refreshed this page to see your letter all ready and waiting for me - thanks :)
aww aww it doesnt let my paste into the page :(   -  retyping with a link to the landowners page with advertised prices

edit a little aww & a few typos
    labeled the complaint as
"member not listed as AOS charging for stays over 10 minutes in a 30 minute car park"

still no response from the above complaint but there i took a pic of the prices advertised outside the museum owned cafe (on the same carpark)
dont think ParkWithEase have a leg to stand on trying to enforce payment after 10 minutes & think they would deserve payment from the judge for the entertainment if they ever try taking this to court
