just checked the letter & they claim to be part of the ipc
just checked - they are the 4th member listed under p for all members at theipc.info

According to Wayback Machine they were on the IPC's AOS on 8th May 2021, but are not listed there now.
I don't know whether they were still AOS members at the time your PCN was issued.0 -

Looking at that list of all IPC members...
...I wonder what that "Certifications: 2" is all about?1 -
Interesting. Nothing about the IPC or appeals on their website:

"What happens if I do not pay?
If you do not pay within 48 hours for your parking then the matter will be forwarded to a third party company."
How did they get DVLA data?
Send a complaint to the DVLA data sharing team immediately (see 5th post of NEWBIES thread).
Can you show us a redacted copy of that PCN you received by post, both sides? What does it say about appeals, and can you show the dates on it (but not your personal data).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

How did they get DVLA data?
Send a complaint to the DVLA data sharing team immediately (see 5th post of NEWBIES thread). You should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.ukThis service is free of charge.Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

complained to IPC pionting out that their letter claims they have accreditation while IPC do not list them as accredited & asking when their accreditation ended.-- got a reply already from IPC conforming that parkwithease are an accredited member. strange as they are still not listed in the AOS accredited listcombined both sides of the letter into a single image & redacted any personal / idetifyable informationlooks like they have the appeals covered on the back pagehmm the carpark owner claim they have a "30 minute free period to allow pick-up & drop-off."https://www.ironbridge.org.uk/plan/how-to-get-here/#car-parks while parkwithese have claimed in email that there is a 10 minute grace period and that i am being charged for being over the free 10 minutes.

Ask IPC why they are not on the AOS list under P.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

called the land owner earlier and they insist that the first 30 minutes parking are free. while their website lists it as pick up and drop off as far as they are concerned it overs any 30 minute visit. this makes it concerning that their machines and appeal response claim that only payment is needed after 10 minutes.IPC apear to be are really competent organisation as they arent even capable of maintaining a list of members.0
