Of course. Nothing to lose or risk, either.

We have a 99% success rate here since 2016 when we started counting, after court claim numbers rose ridiculously, as random greedy PPCs leapt on the Beavis case bandwagon and added false 'debt recovery' costs on top, thinking no-one would ever stop them.

    Someone now has...in future.

That’s what I thought as well, however there are cases (even on this group) where people lost and there was actually added more fees following the court hearing. Overall you are absolutely right , they are aggressively and unethically trying to rip off people with exorbitant added fees.
I think I will go ahead with this and see what happens.

More fees? Which case?  Wilshaw where the Circuit Judge had no idea and thought at the start it was ParkingEye, then proceeded to lap up outdated case law on signs, long since consigned to the bin?

Very possible, not sure the name but I have read it the other day and from my perspective his/her WS was spot on.
Sometimes things like that are enough to knock your confidence back, even though in my case it was a genuine case of poor corroborated with some confusion of my friend  regarding the parking terms at their location.

Losses are so few and far between please don't worry,  We have a 99% reported win rate and the fact the Govt has now banned the false debt recovery fees and described them as 'extorting money from motorists' has changed the game and made it easier to argue that extortionate and made-up 'cost' off the table in front of almost any Judge.

People who lose pay less than the claim and there's no risk.  May as well fight!

    Can anyone advise?
I am attempting to Acknowledge of service however on MCOL it does not give me the three options as per instructions found on this forum.(i.e Login, Register as an individual and Register as an Organisation) it only gives me the option login/register and then it directs me to Gov website to login with Gov ID.
From my understanding it should have given me the three options before, is that right?

From memory, we went through that Gov.uk site. I think you need a Govt Gateway account first.

I think the "Login or Register" button takes you to the Gateway website where you have to register first. Is that what you found?

Edit to add, I am sure that is where we registered

Yes it does direct me to the Gateway website however according to instructions here https://www.dropbox.com/s/xvqu3bask5m0zir/money-claim-online-How-to-Acknowledge.pdf?dl=0, it should have given me, I think, three options before I can get to request the Gov Gateway ID, not sure if anything changed.
