APCOA - Keeper/Driver Query

Hello again forum, I was hoping not to have to come back :-) So as expected I got a bunch of DRP letters which I ignored, these stopped back in Aug 22. Today I get another, entitled "Notice of consideration of court action - unpaid Penalty Notice"
Anyway I assume I still ignore as its not an official 'court' letter and I should now follow up with APCOA to tell them to erase all my data because the penalty limitation period has lapsed, but I'm wondering is this wise to do and is there a template email/letter I should send as to not incriminate myself or is that irrelevant as the penalty limitation period has lapsed?0 -

I don't think we've seen how APCOA respond to one of those. Their reply will be very interesting. No template, but flash up your draft and we'll advise.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
