Yes, we're four people (two adults, two teens) in a 3-bed semi and even in the deepest darkest depths of winter we were using less than 10kWh/day.
(Actually that's not quite true, there were a couple of days in January and almost a week in December wher we exceeded 10kWh.)

If your smart meters are working OK you may be able to get the historic data if you go to N3rgy.com site and go on the I'm a consumer tab (direct link https://data.n3rgy.com/consumer/home).  Sign up (its free) but you will need your MPAN number (It'll be on your bill towards the end of the pages - see pic below as an example its the number in the red box)

Fortunately you have caught this situation in time to get things under control. Although you owe them £365.36, that is just £1 per day or £30 per month to play catch up over the next 12 months. Bear in mind that all the rates, i.e. unit rates and daily rates for both gas and electricity will go up hugely on 1 April. Try and find an AVRO bill from March last year so that you can work out a whole years usage. If not, a sensible way to estimate would be to say you'll use half as much in the next six months as you have in the last 150 days, and calculate on electricity 4500 and gas 10,800 for full year. You probably need to increase your monthly DD to about £190. (£160 for the energy & £30 for the catch-up)
