OK, so you've had estimated bills but now you've given them readings they have updated the bill using them.
From the look of it, you've used quite a bit more electricity than the average household. Do you have anything in the house that uses a lot of electricity, eg. an electric heater, large tropical fish tank, terrarium, Bitcoin mine?

Thank you for reply I changed to bg in October when avro went bust I’m sure I give them a reading then but  admittedly haven’t give them any since this came to light today purely because I’ve never had this trouble before I take it I can never find out what my actual readings were and obviously have paid the price for not keeping on top of this I have a smart metre but was not installed by bg and got told today it’s first gen and not much good to any other company I get my energy I really do appreciate your help and feedback to you and every other person that’s replied also a bit strange that I give them a reading today and my March bill is almost the same as my dd I pay every month even though I’m using my energy like I have the last 5 months

Are you using an immersion instead of your gas boiler ?

It would be a good idea to take daily reads for a few days to see what you are actually using.  Anything over around 9 kWh electric per day would need further investigation.
Is the shower run from the combi ?
