What response did you get to this?  Are we talking one digit, or what?

If you didn't ask, then send the above now to the email address I gave you earlier in the thread.  You could always counter offer £20.

After sending the above I was told a dissimilar registration had been entered.

You need to ask how dissimilar.  Major or minor keying error?  Ask for the actual (now matched but said to be 'dissimilar') VRM

You could offer £20 if it's a completely unrecognisable VRM, given the current BPA Code of Practice. 

Of course, the new incoming Statutory Code of Practice says all keying errors must result in PCN cancellation.

thanks for all of the help! i recieved a letter from parking eye on the day of the court hearing, they had pulled out! yay!

Good result. However ..... if PE have withdrawn within 7 days of the court hearing date, you should be eligible for your costs. What date is on the letter and what was the date of your court hearing?
