Hi, could anyone shed any light on how long nationwide takes to come back with a mortgage offer after valuation?

Every case is different but last year (September) I had a valuation completed on the 2nd and received my offer in the post on the 8th.
You can find a current idea of service times here.

I had valuation received and offer emails on the same day (2 days after the valuation took place). Took a couple of weeks for the paperwork to come through the post - but it was just before Christmas. That was Dec 210

Hi,
Mine was same day - the valuation was on 03/03/22 and recieved an email from Nationwide saying offer paperwork would be sent to my broker and to the solicitor that afternoon.
It did take a month from application to this point though!

We are applying for a mortgage through Nationwide too. We had our valuation conducted on 3rd March and still haven't had our offer through. Our broker has told us that a "specialist report" had to be done, they said "the underwriters have assessed the specialist report and they have now gone back to the surveyors as they need an amended valuation report to confirm everything". None of it makes sense to me, they won't tell us what the specialist report was for.0
