    I don't recall seeing a 2 yr fix offered, so no.

    TBH if annual "average" prices go up much higher than they are predicted to, I think they'll need to be a major shake up of the market, as average households are going to be priced out, especially when you add in all the other cost of living pressures coming.

    Heaven only knows where we'll be in April 24!!!
