I don't know if this helps but I was with Igloo until August last year until switching to Avro. In August, Igloo said my projected usage was 1998.4kwh electric and 2407.6 gas.
Octopus are quoting
Electric 1935.7 kwh
Gas 22396 kwhAssuming your meter is metric (m3) those reading suggest you've used almost 11,000kWh over the 5 months. That would mean it is unlikely you'll get close to the 22,396 estimate from Octopus, but equally that Igloo estimate is way off the mark as well.Perhaps somewhere around 15,000kWh would be a reasonable estimate for the year...?If you still have your Igloo bills I'd suggest checking there for your actual use over the previous year with them, make sure you use the kWh figures, not meter readings, or if you have to use the meter readings, just multiply by 11.2 for an estimate of the kWh.

Let's say @Janey51 uses 2000kWh of electricity and 15000kWh of gas, per year. From April, that will cost around £1940 per year, £160 per month.N. Hampshire, he/him. Thank heavens for that! I live alone in a small terraced house. At home most of the day. I am lucky enough to have a Private Pension as well as a State Pension and can afford a reasonable increase. I set my DD to £180/m and did make payments to Octopus before the first statement. I don't still have access to my Igloo bills unfortunately.

I saved minus 10%
It was never going to work as they estimated a totally unachievable target and ignored my emails asking them to explain how they arrived at that figure.0 -
I used 74% less gas, Unbelievable, I know, but I originally put 20% expecting to save between 15% and 20%.
My opening reading was 1893 and the closing reading was 1906. I used roughly 149 kWh of gas over the 12 weeks.Someone please tell me what money is0 -
We’re higher than average users (both over 70, at home all day in large 4 bed bungalow).I set target of 5% but we managed 11%, saved £41.61 191kg CO2 so £7.10. Wasn’t too hard really after buying myself heated boot thingy from Aldi😊.Happy to donate that £7.10 to someone who needs it far more than we do.1

I only achieved 5% by being cold and that was with two pair of trousers and 2 fleeces on for moving about the house. Sitting I kept warm with a heated throw, heated foot warmer and an electric blanket at night. I have been using a these to keep warm for several years to achieve low gas consumption to keep bills down.
I did find a lower temperature limit I couldn't tolerate when I felt the need to wear gloves indoors as my hands were cold. That was below 13 degrees. If it's like this with current prices I hate to think what cost will be when my fix ends as I can't cut anymore.

I used 21% less gas and saved £49.01.
To accomplish this I adjusted thermostat down a degree, set over night temperatures to 14c so the heating wasn't coming on at 6am and turned down the flow temperature of the boiler.
I must admit though, when it was minus temperatures the CH system really struggled to hit its target temperature with the lower flow temperature.4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.0
