Surely the error is that the 'Previous reading' on the second line (currently showing 11931) should equal the 'Latest reading' from the first line (12597)? No transposition, just a weird incorrect starting figure on the second line. Currently 666 units are being double charged. Changing it from 11931 to 12931 would mean 334 units were not charged, leaving only 41 charged on the second line, which looks very low. Correcting the 'Previous reading' on the second line to 12597 would mean 375 units charged, which looks reasonable.

Looking again, that does look more reasonable. I hadn't clocked the second period is nearly 2 months. Whatever, it is yet another example of EDF's weapons-grade incompetence.
