Building Regulation asking for plans for building - confusion about scale 1:1250

  • The wording "no less than the scale 1:1250" did give me pause for thought, too. Somehow I would find e.g. "at a scale no smaller than 1:1250" much easier to understand.

    The trouble with the council is that it depends who picks the phone up. Telling someone to get an architect is poor advice when for around a tenner you can get it done online. 
  • I know this is a late reply but it might help people in the future. 

    We were in the exact same position and it was difficult to find what was actually needed.

    We ended up using www.myplanningdrawings.com and they sorted it for us £25 for a location and block plan
