Fingers crossed it's valued at your offer. My buyer's lender asked for a damp/timber report and my EA told me to arrange for a PCA surveyor to come - I paid for it as a 'gesture of goodwill'. The buyer's lender, Natwest, threw it out as completely inappropriate. If you have to have one done do get an independent.£216 saved 24 October 20140

I noticed this thread albeit it its a little old i found my original home survey on surveycheck website did get another survey done to be safe the house i bought was 150 year old terrace moving from a 25 year old newish build. So much character in the new house though just make sure the survey is RICS0
