Had a call from carbonneutral rep on doorstep who spent half an hour persuading me that I could have solar panels for free on the latest govmt scheme. I didn't believe him but booked a survey for 3 days later. No one turned up and a phone call to his office says she'll investigate and call me back. Ha Ha Just a bunch of liars conning older people of which there are many down my road.
