I have it on more than one device.  It is on my iPhone and my iPad. 

The alterative is to logon to the website and check that way.   

There is no web access to VM CC, app only.  Are you certain you have it on 2 devices, when I tried it warned me that it was only accessible on one device and I needed to disable the other device before proceeding.

Were you logged onto the app on your own device at the time?  Is it possible that you can have the app on more than one device as long as only one of you is using it at any one time?  ie "disable" means "logout" rather than "uninstall"?

It actually unlinks the card from the app on the old device so each time it is like installing on a new device, not a simple log in, only one device can be linked to the card.
