    • No 7 Protect & Perfect Intense Advanced Night Cream: WBA, this is nice, I like this night cream- this was either my second or third tub.  It feels lovely when you apply it, has a nice scent that's not too heavy or irritating, and I wake up with soft skin. Has vitamins A, C (a derivative so not harsh) & E, peptides and shea butter.

My primer and face powder are still clinging on, but soon, soon they will be done!  Ditto my eye cream.
I'm using a Pure Moisturiser that I got in the M&S Advent Calendar and am really unsure about it due to the fragrance.  It smells very strongly of lavender.  It's not irritating but I don't particularly like it.  Maybe I'll save it to use as night cream.

Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I depotted an eyeshadow at weekend (Colourpop Supershock in Sequin colour) and am hopeful of finishing it by the end of the month.

  • @VALM yeah maybe save it for a night cream, esp with the lavender, might help you sleep well.  I'm trying to move away from stuff with fragrance just to try and remove any potential irritants, but gotta use up what I got, so some of the stuff I'll have to use.  If I don't want to put it on my face, I transfer it to a body product- you could do that with the cream too, esp if the scent isn't appealing on your face right next to your nose!

I've heard good things about Colourpop eyeshadows- where do you order them from, the American site?

    • COSRX Centella Water Alcohol-free Toner: WBA. I use first thing after cleansing to get some instant hydration, and then again before a particularly sticky serum to help it spread. Centella is meant to be soothing/calming- don't know how much of that this does, but good first step.  Going to replace with my Klairs Daily Skin Hydrating Water which is green-tea based, and HUGE, so economical to use in a spray.
    • The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer: WBA, leaves a nice smooth base for makeup. Have other primers inc a free full-size Maybelline silicone primer, so deffo no need for a new purchase.
    • Lily Lolo Mineral Foundation powder- China Doll: been using this on WFH days to use it up. I used to love this, but I've moved back to liquid foundation now. Think I look a bit tireder when I wear this now.  Still got a green colour corrector (I still quite like this), a yellow one, and a concealer from this brand- all powder, will slowly use these up, but good to get the foundation done.

DD needed a new perfume so she shopped my stash and took a bottle of Versace Bright Crystal.  She did comment that the stash was running down and we might need to buy perfume again one day soon, I reckon even if she takes another bottle later in the year I am good for a couple of years yet.

Just to put my previous post into perspective the last time I bought perfume was summer 2019 and I wear it every day.

  • @dolly84 sounds like you've done well for them to last this long then, esp if DD steals some from the stash on occasion too!

    • No 7 Biodegradable Cleansing wipes: these were a free gift with purchase, I don't generally use wipes so will not be purchasing.
    • Sure MotionSense anti-perspirant spray- invisible, antibacterial: yeah, deodorant, fairly unexciting UU!  Had some ready for when this ran out- cannot be running out of deo!

I was doing so well this month and went in Boots where they have started the 70% off sale on Xmas gifts! Ended up with the Fearne Cotton gift tin at £13.50 reduced from £45. It contains 2 body wash, body butter, pillow mist, sleep balm, candle and eye mask, all in a nice tin. May think about giving it as a present but will more than likely keep it!

On another note UU Elf Holy Hydration face cream WBA really impressed with this cream, it’s a good price and makes my skin feel great. Not sure I’m going to need any face cream for a while but is on my to buy list for the future.

Gosh selling these off in March seems late, I thought they did that way earlier.

Hi, yes I order Colourpop directly from them.  They sometimes offer free International Shipping.  I ordered one of their Mystery Boxes last year.  It was really good value.  The goods take 2 weeks to get here though.

Wow, Lily Lolo is a blast from the past.

I've heard good things about the ELF face cream on YouTube.  Did you order direct from them?
