Check them out on Trustpilot. There are hundreds in the same boat. They drop ship from Ali Express. No UK stock. The owner is about to open a new website www.Vhoenix.com   Horrible company run by horrible people. Cheap tacky clothes.

Every negative review on their Facebook and Instagram are very quickly deleted by them to save face. The owner is out of their depth trying and failing to run a business. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got my money back.  PayPal no longer deal with them which says a lot about them. Run far away !!

Possibly, can't say. The time limit starts from different points for different claims, subject to an overall time limit I believe.

For example, if its for goods/services not received, i believe its from the date the contract was supposed to be performed. But OPs could fall under credit not received which (I think, can't remember for certain) could be from date credit was requested or due to be processed.
